WHAT WE’RE BUILDING

Crayon Closet is a peer-to-peer community built for Veterans, Veteran Spouses, Families of Veterans, and Patriots who understand that connection matters long after the uniform comes off. We bring people together through real conversations, shared experiences, community events, and everyday support because nobody should have to figure life out alone.

Our community is about more than simply having somewhere to talk. It’s about building genuine connections with people who understand military life, the challenges that can come with it, and the importance of having people around you as life changes.

We’re also expanding that support through our Military-to-Civilian Transition Initiative, created for service members preparing to leave the military and the families transitioning alongside them. The goal is to help bridge the gap between military life and civilian life by connecting people with community, practical resources, shared experience, and support as they begin figuring out what comes next.

Crayon Closet isn’t therapy or a crisis line. We’re people helping people navigate life, rebuild connection, find direction, and keep moving forward.
